Background: Low Birth Weight (LBW) continues to be a significant global health problem. If there is LBW, then must an effort increase the baby's weight. One of them by giving Mozart classical music therapy. Besides that, you can also use Qur'an's total The voice Al-Qur'an (Murottal) has benefits that affect health. Objective To find out differences between Mozart's therapy and Murrotal Qur'an body weight in LBW infants aged 0-28 days. Methods: design used study was quasi-experimental. population all sample size 30 respondents using Purposive sampling technique. Independent variables are dependent variable Data collected questionnaire, data were analyzed Wilcoxon test with significance level α ≤ 0.05. Results: results showed had weighted average before Music Therapy 2242.0 grams, after 2431.3 Before Koran Murotal 2049.3 2496, 0 grams. p = 0.023 where H1 accepted H0 rejected, which means Alquran for gain Conclusion: There increasing
